Navigation; where can I find what I need?
Navigating is designed to be self-revealing on an as-you-go basis. It can be easily absorbed from practical use,
with your time considered at a premium. Here are the main sections taken by their purpose:
(return-up)

Online Views: Year | Month | Week| Day | Today - The 'Month' is the default view, and can be ticked forward
and backward in (1) month increments. Once an event is entered, hover your mouse over the entry to get
a quick explanation of what its about. [ After an event is entered, click on the day number to go directly
to the day calendar. The 'Day' can also be arrived at from the mini calendar on the left. ] If you need to
navigate to future and past years, go to 'Year'
. (return-up)

The 'Day' view will display either individual or combined events from different calendars. These feature is designed to help you uncomplicate your agenda when having same-time events. (return-up)

Add an Event

'Date start' and 'Date end' - enter by either keystrokes or by convenient pop-up:

[1st select the am/pm time, at the bottom, then the date above; skip to any month or years in advance]

note: 'Date start' is always required. If entering a 'Date end' always set by a different value than 'Date start'.
''Recurring' - set for Day, Week, Month or Year as it applies.

Set a 'Date end' to place a closing time on the recurrance.

Printer Friendly -
All calendar views ( Year, Month, Week and Day) will display calendar events for all individual calendars that you create, except for Year. To turn calendars on or off, simply do so as you would normally to view the calendars out of print mode. see setting 'Calendars in View. The same process.

Note: the legend of calendars currently being shown, at the lower screen, can be used to show not only which calendars have events for a given time period, but, by way of absence, those which do not. And are printable as such.

- Calendar Manager -

The Calendar Manager is the central hub for managing your calendars. Here you can create individual calendars,
modify these calendars, expire unwanted calendars
( & also re-assign calendars/events). Also set, just which
calendars you want to having showing in view.
(return-up)

"add a calendar" - click on the link to be taken to the "Add a New Calendar" page. Here, you'll want
to first select your color from the palette by clicking on, then choose a name. All added calendars should
have a unique color and name. [we generally recommend a clear background for the main calendar]

(return-up)

"modify a calendar" - click on the link to be taken to a rundown of your existing calendars.
Choose whichever one you want to modify; selecting the color first before the name. Both main calendar
and added calendars can be modified. With a reminder or the colors already used off the to side, to help in
your choice. [we generally recommend having a clear background for the main calendar]
(return-up)

"expire a calendar" - click on the link to choose which calendar you would like to remove.
WARNING: You will be given one confirmation request prior to each calendars removal.
Removing calendars is permanent and they cannot be retrieved once removed.
Only calendars
with no associated events can be expired. If a calendar chosen for removal has associated events,
you will be given three options that are available on this same page:
(return-up)

For Maintaining Events But Not the Calendar:

a) You can modify the calendar into another. This is usually the easiest option and can streamline a
calendar conversion.
(return-up)

b) You can re-aassign the events to either: any existing calendar you presently have, or create another
calendar for this purpose. The option of creating another calendar is embedded within this re-assign link.
These new calendars are created in real-time so you can immediately assign them over.
(return-up)

If you don't want to maintain the events: simply expire the event [events can also be
expired under the Account Manager that gives a running total of your # events]
